By creating a StoryFunTime account or using the StoryFunTime app or website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Standards.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to create a StoryFunTime account.
- Your uploads. You promise that you have the right to use every photo and recording you upload, and that you are the parent or guardian, or have permission from the parent or guardian, of any child whose photo you upload.
- Photo processing. You understand and agree that uploaded photos are sent to our Ai provider solely to create your character, and are permanently deleted once the character is created. We do not store original photos.
- Content Standards. You agree to follow the StoryFunTime Content Standards. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- Enforcement. We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Standards, as described on our Safety page.
- Personal family use. Stories are for personal, non-commercial family use.
- Ai-generated content. Characters and illustrations are created by Ai. They are artistic interpretations and may not be an exact likeness.
- Your content. You own your stories and recordings. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
- Reporting. You can report concerns anytime at [email protected] or with the in-app Report button.
